Đăng sản phẩm lên các nền tảng thương mại điện tử: Tên sản phẩm, mô tả sản phẩm, hình ảnh và danh mục sản phẩm.
- Giám sát và quản lý đơn hàng trên nền tảng: Tạo đơn hàng trong hệ thống, duyệt đơn, theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất tại nhà máy... Báo cáo các đơn hàng có vấn đề cho đội ngũ Seller.
- Nghiên cứu và xác định xu hướng tại Mỹ và Châu Âu: Tìm kiếm ý tưởng bán hàng và phân tích thị trường.
- Nắm rõ các quy định bán hàng của Store.
- Gửi báo cáo định kỳ hoặc theo yêu cầu.
- Hỗ trợ các công việc liên quan cho thành viên trong nhóm.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trên các sàn thương mại điện tử lớn (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok...) với khả năng vận hành và thương mại thành thạo. Ưu tiên ứng viên có từ 6 tháng đến 1 năm kinh nghiệm trên các nền tảng thương mại điện tử quốc tế như Amazon, Etsy, Walmart...
- Am hiểu sâu về quy trình xử lý đơn hàng trên các sàn thương mại điện tử.
- Tư duy kinh doanh hướng đến doanh số, phù hợp với định hướng thương hiệu.
- Tự tin, sẵn sàng thử nghiệm những điều mới và áp dụng các chiến lược sáng tạo để đạt được mục tiêu kinh doanh.
- Tiếng Anh: TOEIC từ 650 trở lên.

Thu nhập
- Thu nhập khi đạt 100% KPI: 9 - 11 triệu VND
- Thu nhập tính theo tỷ lệ đạt KPI
- Lương cứng: 9 - 11 triệu VND
- Lương cứng không phụ thuộc doanh số

Quyền lợi
**- Mức lương**: Dựa trên năng lực, từ **9 triệu - 11 triệu VND** + **Thưởng hàng quý** + **Thưởng năm** theo lợi nhuận công ty.

**-**Thử việc tháng thứ 2 100% lương, tháng thứ nhất: 85% lương
**- Lương tháng 13 hằng năm** + **15 ngày phép năm**
**- Tham gia bảo hiểm xã hội và công đoàn** sau khi hết thử việc.
**- Làm việc trên iMac** do công ty cung cấp.

**- Xét duyệt tăng lương cố định vào tháng 1 hàng năm**
