- Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance over the ticketing system
- Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers, troubleshoot system and network problems
- Replace parts as required
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- **You hold an IT certificate or other equivalent diploma and have at least 2 years of experience on**:

- Basic User & Group Active Directory and Azure cloud
- Knowledge of desktop operating system: Linux, Windows desktop and Mac OS
- Good problem solving, analytical and evaluative skills
- Self-study on new technology and willing to improve on technical skills
- Having experience with database (i.e. SQL, Oracle) would be a plus
- Good reading skills in English are essential for the job
