**What We Can Offer**:
RMS in Maintenance Section is responsible to provide support services on rotation equipment to the Maintenance Division and to supervise. To perform its responsibility, Minimum works are as follows: - Responsible to provide rotating equipment support services to the Maintenance Department and to supervise - Review the quality of execution of maintenance activities such that preventive maintenance, inspections, and break maintenance job and to be executed in accordance with the agreed work management plans at world-class standards. - Support to establish, develop, and monitor maintenance programs (which include inspection & maintenance & condition monitoring) for rotating equipment - Support to review, develop Job plan, maintenance procedures, instruction, method statement, work steps to carry out maintenance work. - Develop, Review, and implement QA/QC standards for rotating equipment - Support to preparation, execution - overall owner, discipline coordinator - Provide foremen with a completed package for successful execution of maintenance work at minimum cost. - Ensure that materials are on-site prior to scheduling the job. - Ensure that surplus materials are returned to the proper materials handling personnel for eventual return to the warehouse. - Participate in the daily/weekly/schedule coordination meetings. - Ensure that a clear understanding exists of which jobs will be worked - Conduct technical leadership role to supervise, coordinate and direct others. - Supervising contractor to implement the works as method statement approved. - Review and suggest required spare parts & its availability with all resources required to execute the job, to complete activities as per plan and reduce equipment’s down time - Identifying areas where rotating equipment can improve plant operation and profitability - Supporting criticality assessments of the plant's rotating equipment - Perform Premilitary root cause analysis techniques. - Develop life cycle costs for rotating equipment repairs and replacement. - Provide technical advice and technical aspect for Rotating equipment (Pumps, Compressors, Steam Turbines, Air Blowers, Gearboxes, etc.) - Prepare rotating equipment RFQ packages and evaluations and make vendor suggestions. - Lead teams to handle and find solutions to site problems - Be mentor to less experienced engineers in the group. - Other reasonable works as requested by leader

**Job Requirements**:
Educational Level : University (Mechanical degree or equivalent) Work Experience : Min 5 years English Skill : IELTS 5.0 or equivalent Skills/Abilities : Basic knowledge in refinery processes and equipment. Must have participated in field problems troubleshooting in oil and gas related industries. Must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices, international standards, and economic principles related to incumbent's field. Write reports and design packages to enable implementation of engineering recommendations. Personal Attributes : High responsibility in works. Passionate dedication to maintaining safe operations enforcing strict conformance with all government regulations, and applicable company procedures and policies. Strong decision-making abilities under pressure and innovative to generate new ideas.
