Tax & Compliance Specialist

**Job Description**:

- Handle Value added tax (“VAT”) invoices and prepare regular VAT returns and documents for submission to Tax Authority.
- Prepare the regular corporate income tax (“CIT”) documents.
- Handle the foreign contractor agreements and prepare the foreign contractor withholding tax (“FCT”) returns.
- Prepare the Business license fee declarations.
- Monitor the tax filing and daily tax issues.
- Prepare the transfer pricing documentations as well as other relevant tax reporting documents.
- Being up to date with changes in tax legislation and initiate necessary actions
- Support and follow up on tax audits.
- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and adhere to company financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirement：
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferable in manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with the ETAX SERVICES system
- Experience or knowledge on Transfer Pricing (TP) regulations and Country-by-Country (CbC) report is an advantage.
- Proficient in PC knowledge including, Microsoft Excel & Words and Accounting software.
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
