We’ve had a BIG impact on little people, making 3.5 million kids smile so farand counting. - Australia might be our Moose family home, but with a 500-strong team dotted across the world, we’re committed to sharing our signature superhappy revolution far and wide **Position**: - Planning Officer **Reports To**: - Production Planning Manager **Direct Reports**: - N/A **Work Location**: - Hai Phong **Role Objectives** - Follow up order enquiry from Melbourne office and Merchandising team - Ensure factory’s production is on schedule - Work with factory to meet cargo ready date (delivery date) to achieve the OTFI result >95% - Monitor the new item development schedule to meet the market requirements and launch date - Frequent travel in Southeast Asia region for factory visits to review production and ensure ramp up can meet our shipment schedules **Qualifications** - College graduated or above - 2+ years working experience as production planner, with related industrial knowledge of production planning and quality control principles **Skills** - Working experience on ERP System such as SAP, JDE, etc. - Experience knowledge on MS-Excel/ Power Point/ Power BI preferred - Good command of English language - Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage **Salary**: - Commensurate with experience **Work Hours**: - Full time, Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:30pm) - Moose also provides flexible working options. **Responsibilities**: - Plan and prepare master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each order to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. - Analyze production specifications and performs mathematical calculations to determine tools capacity and requirements. - Confer with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects - Expedite factory that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions - Prepare all related reporting in systems - Prepare purchase orders to vendor for fulfil customer orders - Review and control FGMA / MAR release to avoid excess materials - Control and minimize the liabilities exposure - Vendor Quote & Pricing in coordination with Procurement Team - Manage packaging materials reports & lab test reports update (DOI Planning) - Travelling required **Key Capabilities**: **Relating & Networking**: - Create win-win partnerships with others.
