Reporting to the Finance Accounting Manager you will be responsible for:

- Double entry & monitor inventory transactions.
- Develop inventory analysis reports, identify unusual movement, transactions
- Perform monthly reconciliation between goods movement transactions, and inventory accounts vs COGs.
- Coordinate with logistic supervisor to control ordering, PO & shipments arrived
- Ensure compliance with internal control guidelines related to inventory management vs sales practice & assist with improvement in internal controls related to inventory & logistic management.
- Update sales order, bill VAT invoices & process related accounting vouchers for goods transferred.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Process invoices from multiple vendors and reconciling purchasing orders to vendor invoices
- Review and verify invoices, check for compliance with company policy & regulations before payment
- Respond to all vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with other finance team members for month-end close
- Check the accounting entries, and prepare month-end account reconciliations following legal regulations and management requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors.
- Ad-hoc accounting assignments

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

- Degree qualified in Finance and Accounting area or partial professional accounting qualifications
- Experience to lead a team or Good people leadership
- Keen to drive changes via automation and system integrations to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ability to effectively make decisions with limited time and information
- Achieve results through influence, persuasion, collaboration, and relationship building
- Strong Excel, Word
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of E-commerce or Retail Industry
- Be careful and honest.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
