**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**MaintMaster** is now looking for **software engineers **with a focus on.NET, React and Microsoft Azure to work in our beautiful office in **HANOI, VIETNAM**.

**MaintMaster** is a Swedish company with a 20-year history of delivering software for managing and structuring maintenance work across a wide variety of industries, primarily in northern Europe. Today, we are about 50 people but are aiming to grow a lot in the next few years. We work with state-of-the-art tools, frameworks, methods, and programming languages, not just because they are the latest and greatest but also because it is more fun to be close to the bleeding edge.

Our product is deployed to Microsoft Azure and currently serves more than 600 customers and 40000 users in 25 countries, and we want your help to make it even better. We offer a great working environment with a high degree of self-organization and independence as well as close collaboration with our Swedish, German, and English colleagues, from developers, QA engineers and UX designers to product owners, salespersons, and project leads.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**What will you do?**
- You will work in a team of 5-7 people with the common task of developing and delivering what is deemed to be the most important functionality for our customers at any given time.
- Together with the team, and other teams, you will decide the best way to implement each new feature.
- The team is jointly responsible for the delivery, from preparation until roll-out.
- The team works closely with all stakeholders such as the product owner, UX designer, architect, management, and other development teams.
- You are encouraged from day one to contribute to the product backlog and to the team’s way of working. We would love to hear what we should do differently from you.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Relevant university education or similar in software engineering.
- At least 5 years’ professional experience in the role of Software Engineer or similar.
- Programming skills: Preferably.NET C# and React or similar.
- Comfortable working in both back-end and front-end.
- Familiar with SQL and databases.
- **Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written.**

**Will be advanced if you are skilled in**:

- Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Agile mindset and methods.
- Continuous integration, delivery, and industry standard tools.
