Role Description

  • Improve user experience, engagement, and revenue performance through data-driven analysis, A/B testing, and technical optimisation of the web and mobile applications
    .

Position

  • Conversion & Performance Optimization Engineer

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests to optimise conversion funnels (registration, subscription, checkout).
  • Analyse platform analytics to identify drop-off points, bottlenecks, and user friction.
  • Work with the development team to improve site speed, code efficiency, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance UI/UX for higher engagement.
  • Produce regular reports on conversion rates, test results, and performance metrics.
  • Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track feature adoption and effectiveness.

Qualifications
:

  • Strong understanding of web/app analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with React/Node or similar frameworks to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Passion for data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
