**Description**

The Brand Protection Investigations Manager will be responsible for Brand Protect (and other Global Trade Compliance matters as required) in Asia and will report directly to the Director of Brand Protection for Asia located in Shenzhen, China. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, investigating, reporting, training, and assisting Limited Brands Global Compliance leadership in addressing issues of:

- The sale or creation of counterfeit goods, trademark infringements, violations of our intellectual property rights, product diversion and/or theft.
- Activities include market visits to obtain samples of suspect goods, factory/supplier visits, management of internal and outside resources as needed, and coordination with Brand Protection investigators.
- When required by the SVP, Global Trade Compliance:

- support company efforts to address unacceptable labor conditions including, but not limited to human trafficking, underage workers, captive workers, and abusive working conditions in facilities contracted to produce goods for the Company.
- Support company efforts in meeting standards established by various Customs Authorities to minimize risk of detention or any obstruction to the import or export of our legitimate products.
- Support company efforts to maintain the highest level of integrity and safety in the shipment and transportation of our products through programs such as CTPAT, PIP, AEO, and the World Customs Organization’s SAFE framework of standards.
- The Manager will ensure that assignments are completed and supported to professional standards, files are properly maintained, and reports are prepared to communicate issues and recommendations to Global Trade Compliance leadership on a timely basis.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of International production, trade sanctions, and supply chain methods strongly desired
- Three to five year’s experience in trademark, counterfeiting, or diversion investigations, required
- Five to eight years of investigative experience in either loss prevention or law enforcement, required
- Awareness of legal standards within which investigations can be conducted
- Ability to gather data, compile facts, interpret results, and communicate effectively is necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability for International Travel - Valid passport required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and education preferred.
- Ability to speak English, Vietnamese and/or Mandarin desired.
