Business Development Manager

A leading performance-first digital publishers enablement company is looking for talents to join their firm:
- Manage publisher engagement and retention, acquire potential partners, and form strategic alliances with new and existing online partners.
- Grow new relationships with key partners, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term relationships.
- Control campaign setup and delivery status, enforce campaign terms, and manage affiliate/publisher accounts.
- Provide marketing materials, the latest product updates, special offers for quality traffic, and manage financial issues.
- Manage mobile and PC web traffic of CPR, CPD, CPV, CPA, CPL, CPI, and CPS traffic in India and worldwide.
- Drive growth and focus on business development, report on KPI, revenue generation, and growth.
- Manage and mentor other Mobile Pillars such as Ad Monetization, Production, and Operations.

Have a comprehensive understanding of the affiliate business and maximize margins. Possess at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Fluent in English communication skills. Have established relationships with various affiliate publishers, networks, and large brand pubs to drive delivery across gaming, Ecommerce, entertainment/OTT performance campaigns. Knowledgeable about all types of mobile ad frauds and their detection tools such as Protect 360, Mfilter, and others. Experience in account management and client retention. Experience in marketing account manager for both mobile and PC web traffic.
