**Mô tả công việc**: (Mức lương: Thỏa thuận) - Hỗ trợ trưởng phòng thực hiện công việc kiểm soát, đánh giá giá cả trên các biểu mẫu mua hàng Support the department manager to control and evaluate prices on the order/ purchase form - Tìm kiếm các nhà cung cấp mới, đánh giá nhà cung cấp cũ, xuống đơn hàng khi Trưởng phòng yêu cầu Find the new supplier, vender appraisal, making PO and purchase when receiving the request - Làm việc với nhà cung cấp, thương lượng, chọn lựa nhà cung cấp, quản lý hợp đồng kinh tế Work with supplier, chose the supplier, follow and control economic/principle contract - Thực hiện báo cáo dự toán hàng tháng Work with other department, prepare the monthly budget reports - Kiểm soát hàng tồn kho Inventory control - Giao nhận hàng hóa, đối chiếu số lượng, chất lượng hàng hóa Goods receive, compare the quantity and quality of goods with the order. - Chuyển giao hồ sơ mua hàng cho bên liên quan, Đối chiếu công nợ Send the order form to suppliers, Compare the details of debt - Tìm hiểu thị trường; phân tích,lập báo cáo sự biến động của các mặt hàng mà công ty đang cần mua Market&039;s information research; Analyze and report the changing of products that the company needs to buy - Theo dõi chi phí và kiểm soát dự toán các phòng ban; lập báo cáo dự toán và thực chi hàng tháng Check the actual expenses and control budget of each department ; Prepare monthly budget and actual expenses reports - Các công việc khác theo sự phân công Other task as requirement **Chức vụ**: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên **Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian **Quyền lợi được hưởng**: Thưởng 1 năm 2 lần : 1 lân lương tháng 13 và 1 lần tăng lương tháng 4 (đợt đánh gía hàng năm) Lương: 1 năm tăng 2 lần ( 1 lần chung và 1 lần đặc cách (dựa vào đánh giá sẽ tăng lương đặc cách lên 1,2,3 bậc cho ng có thành tích vượt trội)) Phó phòng trở lên 1 tháng dc off 2 ngày thứ 7 12 ngày phép/ năm Nghỉ Lễ Tết theo Luật công thêm 9 ngày nghỉ khác hưởng 100% lương: 5 ngày Tết, 3 ngày du lịch hàng năm, 1 ngày thành lập cty **Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề **Yêu cầu công việc**: - Làm việc độc lập và báo cáo/ Independently working and making reports skill - Giải quyết vấn đề/ Soving problem - Giao tiếp/ Communication - Language: Japanese (in Bình Dương), Japanese/English (in HCM) - Làm việc nhóm/ Team work - Tổ chức công việc/ Organization Kinh nghiệm/ Experience: - Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 2 năm quản lý kho vận,chuỗi cung ứng, đàm phán.
