**Book the flight ticket**
Book the flight which the Sales Department has ordered or the flight which is suitable for the tour program (for big groups, incentive, luxury, VIP)
- Update the flight in TMS, and set the issue ticket deadline
**Reconfirm ticket**:
- Reconfirm within 24h before the departure flight.
- Get information from the reconfirm table and then check the client’s name, flight, and flight hours compared with operating programs
**Issue tickets**:
- Check the name of clients, the program of Sales, and the flight schedule carefully before issuing the ticket
- Do the payable report on TMS or in Excel
**Send the code booking of Vietnam airlines flights to all Tour Operator**:
- Check clients’ name on the airlines system, get flight information of clients, and compare information with final programs, then send results to all operators
- Inform the responsible Tour Operator if the flight changed
**Monitor, supervise and solve problems arising during the tour**:
- Pre-check services to make sure all services are reserved before clients arrival;
- Monitor, supervise and update information and situation of tourists through the tour guide
- Directly solve problems arising during the tour and take responsibility for any problems arising and any additional costs
- Update the issues in the issue reports and transfer them to the Quality Control Department

Fluent in English language
Good knowledge of the Tourism field, Hotel and Tourism Management

Strong planning and organisational skills to balance and prioritise work
Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects

**2. Education**
University: Bachelor’s or Master’s in related majors
**3. Experience**
At least one years of experience in aviation services
