I. MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC
- Hỗ trợ công tác tính toán khối lượng, lập báo giá, làm hồ sơ thầu và thanh quyết toán cho các dự án.
- Đảm bảo việc triển khai hồ sơ thầu và hồ sơ thanh quyết toán được thực hiện chính xác, kịp tiến độ phục vụ hoạt động kinh doanh.

II. NHIỆM VỤ CỤ THỂ
- Tính toán khối lượng và lập báo giá dựa trên bản vẽ khách hàng cung cấp.
- Tính toán kiến trúc và báo giá cho các thiết kế nội bộ của GB Industrial.
- Tính toán khối lượng vật tư cần thiết để lập kế hoạch đặt hàng.
- Theo dõi, tính toán khối lượng phát sinh trong quá trình triển khai dự án.
- Phối hợp làm hồ sơ thầu, chuẩn bị đầy đủ tài liệu phục vụ công tác nộp thầu.
- Tính toán khối lượng để lập hồ sơ thanh - quyết toán với khách hàng và các bên liên quan.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên thực hiện bốc khối lượng (ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm bốc khối lượngThép kết cấu)
- Ứng viên đã tốt nghiệp thuộc một trong các trường: Đại học Bách Khoa Tp.HCM; Đại học Bách Khoa Đà Nẵng; Đại học Kiến trúc Tp.HCM; Đại học Sư phạm Kỹ thuật; Đại học Giao Thông Vận Tải; Đại học Tôn Đức Thắng... chuyên ngành Xây dựng dân dụng và công nghiệp.
- Sử dụng tốt các phần mềm dự toán
- Thành thạo Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project).
- Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu, giao tiếp.
- Bằng cấp tối thiểu: Đại Học
- Kỹ năng: Đọc hiểu bản vẽ, sử dụng tốt các phần mềm dự toán và tin học văn phòng
- Các yêu cầu khác: Làm việc cẩn thận, kiên trì, chịu áp lực công việc.
