We are looking for a high functioning Product Owner with can-do spirit to develop a HRtech product from ideation to sunset. As the Product Owner for DXL, you will have the opportunity to drive the development and execution of this product, and play a key role in optimizing conversion rate with a superb filter based on machine learning/artificial intelligence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and dynamic team, and make a meaningful impact on rediction-driven customer acquisition solution through DXL.

**What you will do**:

- Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, and beyond;
- Define product strategy and vision, and communicate this to all stakeholders;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure that our product remains competitive;
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that the product is delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams;
- Prioritize product features and development initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals;
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the user experience.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other related fields with excellent academic performance;
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products; Effective project management skills to drive product development and launches is preferred;
- Analytical mindset to break down complex problems, with a strong will to get things done and deliver results;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams and external organizations;
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
