YOUR ROLE
Ocean Customer Service Executive is responsible for implementation of the new customers and maintains the relationship with existing customers. They will be first contact of customers for problem solving, support and solution. Moreover, they also work closely with Procurement & Pricing Department to maintain a profitable gross yield, Finance department for customer’s payment, Legal department for contract and others if any.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Implementing and managing new customer’s profile to ensure that all information is comply with CEVA’s regulation and policy.
Smoothly managing existing customer.
Managing and validating export booking request from agents and customers
Ensure CEVA performance toward customer with Monthly/Weekly customer visiting
Forecasting export volume
Key contact with customer, supporting and solving customer’s issue
Other tasks assigned by supervisor
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
At least 6 months of experience in ocean freight/ ocean services
English Communication skill
