- Customer Service
- Ensures that all team members deliver a high level of guest service at all times.
- Handles all customer issues and queries in a polite and efficient manner, ensuring problems are resolved properly and within reasonable time frames.
- Works with the Outlet manager and assistant manager to train team members in guest serviceskills.
- Reports customer issues.
- Maintains relationships with regular guests and acts as the face of the restaurant using anengaging manner.
- Holds regular communication meetings and daily briefings
- Ensures daily smooth restaurant operation
- Uses checklists in place throughout the restaurant for opening closing and other processes inall sections, service team, bar team, cleaning team.
- Ensures that all team members are informed and knowledgeable of all promotions in therestaurant.
- Works closely with the Outlet manager and assistant manager to ensure a friendly and professional working culture and environment for all team members.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean and well maintained at all time.
- Ensures that all team members are fully up to date with the product knowledge and the restaurant food and beverage menu / offerings.

Financial responsibilities:

- Ensures that cash and credit cards are handled correctly and a method is in place to doublecheck daily revenues
- Assists in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of equipment and other assets. Events Management:

- Takes enquiries for events for parties such as birthdays, weddings, corporate events, dinner parties and other events.
- Conducts pre-event briefings with team to ensure successful execution.

- Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality specializing in Food and Beverage or Restaurant Management given preference
- Work Experience

+ 1 years prior experience is similar role/capacity at luxury hotels/resorts/restaurants

+ Working knowledge of POS systems (e.g. MICROS)
