**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Process Definition and Improvement:

- Develop, implement, and maintain software engineering processes aligned with organizational goals and industry standards (e.g., CMMI, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001).
- Identify gaps in current processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Review and validate back-office processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Compliance and Auditing - BO:

- Conduct periodic audits of back-office functions to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report any non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Metrics monitoring: Define, collect, and analyze process metrics to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and quality reports.Prepare and present audit findings and quality improvement plans to management.
- Training and Support: Provide training and workshops for teams on quality processes, standards, and tools.
- Collaboration with Teams: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address process-related challenges and implement best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in back-office operations and propose mitigation strategies.Collaborate with relevant teams to implement preventive measures.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years in QA, BO operations or Process improvement in software development projects.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, compliance requirements, or similar frameworks is a plus (process standards such as CMMI, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, or ISO 27001; Software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)).
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Excel, and quality management systems.
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
- ISO Auditor certification is a plus.
