This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

**Job Description**:

- Communicate with product owner to understand the main ideas of the product, to get the new requirements for each specific feature.
- Study current system/requirement, analyze, clarify and propose suitable requirements/features in order to make them clear enough for the developer to implement.
- Transfer requirements/knowledge to the project team so that they will have better understanding of what they are going to do.
- Support the project team with anything related to the requirement during the implementation and testing.
- Compose requirement documents like project description, functional & non-functional requirements, business knowledge, business rules, business flow, user manual, etc.
- Help the team to investigate issues from end users or Product Owner.
- Manage all the requirements of the project so that it would be easy to track back and trace down when needed.
- Have the domain know-how about manufacturing is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Good English communicate (prefer TOEIC 750+, IELTS 6+)
- Project/portfolio management knowledge. Ideally, experience in project management using tools.
- Proactive, analytical and critical thinking.
- Attention to details.
- Team working and stakeholder engagement (The nature of business analysis work is collecting information from many sources. Therefore, if you don’t get along well with other people by proactive communication, this is not a job for you)
