MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Mainly in charge the implementation of Orientation, Language and Soft Skill Training and other training programs
Conduct needs analysis to determine specialized training needs on property.
Assist department managers to develop and organize their training programs.
Coordinates the use of outside training resources.
Develops activities to enhance standardized training programs.
Manage the internship programs with universities, colleges..
Interact with the Human Resources Department in organizing any social and staff activities in the hotel.
Provide training plans, training assessment, monthly summary reports and statistics related to training
Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Degree in any field of studies.
- 3 years and above experience in Training.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written (English).
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well

under stress and time pressures
