Logistics Coordinator

**Job Purpose**: Logistics Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating the flow of goods (both physical and non-physical cargo), information and fund within the organization and in collaboration with external entities (vendors & customers). **Responsibilities**: - Manage inbound, outbound and inventory of warehouse. - Be responsible for stock count plan and coordinate with manager to follow up plan timely and make sure stock is accurate. - Be pro-active in trouble solving & initiative to improve the working process. - Keep track shipments transport from Port/Airports to Tech Data Warehouse. - Make arrangements for import and export of goods and overseeing the delivery of goods to customer (BP) or end user as appropriate. - Be charged with responsibility for ensuring that goods are safely and efficiently transported to customer site. - Be required to research and organize the best transportation means, routes and any special requirements in the handling and care of goods under transport. - Obtain, prepare and check all necessary documents required to ensure that the documents meet the requirements of national customs authorities or any other regulatory body. - Ensure a high level of compliance is adhered to regarding order shipments and processing "last mile" transactions. - Take responsibility for dealing with all third parties involved in the operation as well as makes and collects payments. - Make sure that cost-effective measures are taken into account. - Other tasks assigned by Logistics Manager, Logistics Director or Country General Manager. - Manage 3PL performance, continue improvement their service. **Knowledge, Skills and Experience**: - **Academic qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication. - Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite. - **Experience**: - At least one year of experience in the field of Logistics. - Knowledgeable about Customs regulations and transportation laws. - Preferably experienced in import/export operations, warehousing of IT products, and SAP systems. - Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the commitment to long-term employment with the company. - **Skills**: - Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. - Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure. - Well-organized with robust planning abilities. **What's In It For You?** - ** Elective Benefits**: Our programs are tailored to your country to best accommodate your lifestyle. - ** Grow Your Career**:Accelerate your path to success (and keep up with the future) with formal programs on leadership and professional development, and many more on-demand courses. - ** Elevate Your Personal Well-Being**: Boost your financial, physical, and mental well-being through seminars, events, and our global Life Empowerment Assistance Program. - ** Diversity, Equity & Inclusion**:It's not just a phrase to us; valuing every voice is how we succeed.
