Job description

**About the job**:
Define and design architecture solutions for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members, and promoting collaboration and best practices.
Evaluate and address Non-Functional Requirements (e.g., Security, Performance, Scalability) throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement architecture standards and solutions, including reference architectures and integration models (e.g., Clean Architecture, Microservices).
Utilize Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and management.
Define and evaluate architecture and infrastructure, validate solutions, and contribute to the API economy.
Optimize database performance through tuning and query optimization.
Implement engineering practices such as CI/CD, refactoring, and unit testing.
Promote DevOps/DevSecOps practices to enhance development and operational efficiency.
Demonstrate expertise in programming languages and frameworks, particularly.NET Core or NodeJS.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
Communicate fluently and accurately in English, both verbally and in writing, even in complex situations.
Maintain composure and exhibit self-control in challenging circumstances.
Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and promote efficient processes.

**About you**:
1+ years of experience as a Technical Architect.
Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Strong understanding of Non-Functional Requirements and their implications.
Knowledge of architecture standards and solutions for the base technology platform.
Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to mentor and train team members.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).
Experience with agile methodologies.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Advanced knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
