We aim to deliver reliable, informative, and accessible solutions that enhance our customers' experience. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Product Owner to join our team and help drive the development and delivery of our products.
As a Product Owner, you will take the lead in shaping the vision and strategy for our products. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring that the product meets customer needs while aligning with the company's objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget.

**What you will do**:

- Define and communicate the product vision based on customer insights, market trends, and company objectives. Ensure alignment with business goals;
- Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that features are well-defined and actionable. Work with development teams to refine user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Design and prototype product features in Figma, collaborating with the design team to create wireframes and interactive prototypes that reflect user needs and business requirements;
- Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure successful feature development and launch;
- Conduct research and gather feedback from user guide product decisions and optimize user experience;
- Analyze product performance data and user behavior to identify opportunities for feature enhancements and product optimizations;
- Manage the development cycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that features are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards;
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with business priorities and customer needs, ensuring visibility across the organization;
- Communicate progress and results to stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment between teams;
- Monitor product performance post-launch and gather insights to continuously improve features and the overall product offering.

**What you will need**:

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a strong background in product design and data analysis;
- Proficiency in using Figma for designing wireframes, prototypes, user flows and write PRD, URD;
- Solid understanding of product performance data, user analytics, and data-driven decision-making. Proficient in data and capable of executing simple queries;
- Experience in Agile product development with a strong ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize features;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams;
- Experience in the Mom and Kid industry or related products is a special plus;
- Experience using AI in daily work is a plus.
