- An inclusive culture where everybody in the business has direct impact**WHAT YOU WILL DO**Lead the development of data-driven media plans that align with Elfie's user acquisition and retention goals.-
- Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations and strategic recommendations-
- Oversee the execution of media campaigns, continuously monitoring performance and implementing optimization strategies-
- Collaborate with the Media Buyers to ensure seamless integration of media planning and buying activities-
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior Media Planners, sharing knowledge and best practices**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**- Proficiency in English at native or near-native level, written and spoken-
- Proven expertise in leveraging data and analytics to inform media strategies and optimize performance-
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders-
