Intern, Sales Ordering Management

Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV), a joint venture with the German-based Mercedes-Benz AG and SAMCO, was incorporated on the 14th of April in 1995. As a Sales - Ordering Management Intern, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing orders from dealers, following up with payment & invoicing, and handling import documents.
- Preparing reports as assigned.
- Managing the Customer Order Management System, including creating or modifying system users and managing orders within the system.
- Handling vehicle documents, including managing & storing internal documents and vehicle release sheets.
- Issuing and double-checking invoices, assisting in preparing & checking product materials.
- Gathering information & analyzing the possibility of individual products in each market segment.
- QualifikationenWho we are looking for?
- Remains a student throughout the 6-month internship period, concluding at the end of January 2026.
- Undergraduate student majoring in Business Administration or any other relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, with attention to detail and careful work habits.
