**Job Purpose**:

- Ensures localization and implementation at squad level of the agreed Crop Campaign Plans and required marketing activities.
- Manages campaigns from start to finish, i.e. ensures effective designs and setups, timely and smooth implementation, as well as continuous improvements based on performance evaluations.

**YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensures Crop Campaign activation for Seeds/CP at squad level
- Evaluate the squad needs and implement agreed communication & advertising campaign (banners, demo trials branding, local radio / tv, etc)
- Implements the agreed Field Events dedicated to the squad’s territory
- Implements co-marketing events with Channel Partners within the squad’s territory
- Localizes marketing presentations and presents them in the local events
- Evaluates the squad’s market potential and competitional environment
- Builds insights for value propositions based on demo trials data & results
- Centralize and ensure the availability of samples needed for trials and needed materials for trials implementation and exploitation.
- Drive and influence different stakeholders in the region to plan/prioratize/execute campaigns/projects to reach region outcomes.
- Drive regional projects on key products, key crops, manage high complexity (crops, products)
- Build relationship & networking with local authorities (Crop Protection Department), leverage their support on agronomy for crops, when engaging with farmers.
- Building strong linkage from farmers to retailers within the area by prioritizing.
- Manage campaign operation within the region
- Coaching & guiding TA/TMs in campaign planning/execution
- Provide appreciative feedback to each other to help each other grow and develop, and to help the team to learn and thrive

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- University degree
- Experience in Sales / Marketing
- Planning and organizational skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proactively take accountability and deliver on them
