**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Leading the execution of the data strategy development and roadmap
- Contribute and oversea the delivery of SSI's enterprise data and analytics platform in collaboration with the Chief Digital and Transformation Officer, Chief Information Officer and other heads of departments.
- Lead and expand SSI's enterprise data and analytics offerings, especially in emerging analytical approaches, skills, and technologies
- Identify new kinds, types, and sources of data to enable business innovation throughout SSI. Create and oversee a centralized service for sourcing external data to ensure quality, traceability, timeliness, usability, and cost-effectiveness. Define processes for the effective, integrated introduction of new data.
- Lead regulatory and compliance programs related to data and analytics assets
- Lead data and analytics governance council to provide sponsorship and oversight of governance policy creation and compliance
- Advocate and lead the creation of a data-driven culture, related competencies and data literacy across the enterprise.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Experiences:

- Ten or more years of business experience, ideally in business, technology or information management.
- Five or more years of experience in Data Delivery, Data Engineering and Analytics and or Data Governance
- Five or more years of team management and leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization
- Knowledge and Skills
- Proven data skills and knowledge — The ability to describe business use cases and outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches and options. The ability to translate and tailor the to the languages used by executives (COO, CIO, CEO), business, IT and quant and research stakeholders.
- Broad experience desired, but not essential, in multiple competency areas of data and analytics delivery. Examples are data warehousing, business intelligence (BI), data governance, data architecture, data integration, data classification, data strategy, data quality management, data security and privacy, MDM, data standards, regulatory compliance and enterprise architecture frameworks.
