**About our project**

The project “**Generation of sustainable income and improvement of rural human resource quality for peace village in Quang Binh province**” has a total investment of more than 15 million USD, of which the Korean Government grants 10 million USD. The project has 4 components, including: Improving sustainable income; Empowering human resources; Build the infrastructure; Project performance management. The objective of the Project is to improve the quality of human resources through strengthening the capacity to practice health care and the ability to find employment; improve sustainable income for people through the development of agro-forestry value chains; improve production and living conditions of people through upgrading and building new rural infrastructure.

**Area of responsibilities**
- Support the implementation of the project activities.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly reports.
- Translating documents (Viet-END / ENG-Viet).
- Operation in supporting PMC in creation of related management, operational and financial plans.
- Solve issue that arise
- Other administrative tasks

**Required skills**
- Strong written and spoken Vietnamese and English
- Demonstrated report writing skill
- Know well about ODA project
- Experience in project is an advantage
- Basic IT literacy
- Ability to work effectively in a team

**Workplace**: Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh

**Salary**: 500US$ per month, including all other cost like all taxes, mobile stipends, vehicle allowance and so which not provide any Vietnamese Social Insurances.

**Type of contract**: One year contract
