Objective is to develop an ecosystem that will be the start of single point of entry platform to better leverage technology, knowledge and resources
across GS.
+ Lead the Digital Delivery Team in APAC and actively shape the digital transformation of GS
+ Lead the agile working mode of the Digital Delivery Team in APAC (releases, sprints, etc.) and moderate respective meetings (Scrum of Scrum, PO Sessions, etc.)
+ Work on your own strategic topics - with your team
+ As a member of the global Digital Delivery Team you and your team in APAC will take over responsibility for your own products
+ Negotiate with key stakeholders and achieve best product experience
+ Coordinate internal management meetings and cross-coordinate with all key interface areas
+ Build a product based on UX principles together with a real global team
+ Independently prepare high-quality decision-making documents and presentation materials for GS management and further stakeholder.
+ Be visible to the Global Program Lead and Members of the GS Board. Your voice matters.
+ The TRUST project will run until 2027

**Experience:
2+ work experience with software, automation (e.g. low code, service now) and UX design process
2+ leadership and change management experience (e.g. Scrum Master, UX leadership roles, Project management)
2+ years of work experience in: IT, accounting, controlling, purchasing, logistics, human resources or data security. Working experience from one or more of the 7 End-to-end Processes within GS will be a plus.

** Bachelor's degree required
