Alpaca Digital is an IT and Insurance service provider for Insurance Industry in Viet Nam and Asia and looking for talent to join our teams to build up our business.

The role is a facilitator for an Agile development team, requires good Problem-solving skills, good leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure that best practices are followed and that the team's projects progress.

**Coaching**
- Coaching Scrum teams to successfully deliver the highest value features
- Help organization/stakeholder understand Agile and support team

**Servant Leadership**
- Ensure Scrum Framework is correctly, productively and creatively adopted to get the best benefit from its practices
- Host Scrum meetings: Planning, Daily, Retrospective
- Remove barriers in communication and impediments which potentially slow down teams
- Facilitate team’s activities and foster empowerment, collaboration and transparence

**Project Management**
- Support PM managing projects and ensure continuous high values delivery
- Recruit effective techniques to support the development and measure the success
- Be the point of contact for project’s information. Including all areas: scope, plan, resource, communication, risk, process and quality
- Be a role model in effective communication, trust culture

**Authorities**
- Fully empowered in deciding how to facilitate and lead Scrum team’s activities
- Update reports about your team's resources, progress, issues,...
- Join in making decision on building up the scaled framework
- Information transparency and open discussion with peer and line manager in all matters of working

**Your skills and experience**:
**Must have**
- Have knowledge in Scrum Master role
- Be familiar with Agile principles, well-documented patterns and techniques, tools (Jira, Teams, Drive, Sheet, Slide,...), and Scrum artifacts
- Have leadership experience
- Be ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task
- Have growth mindset as well as great research and presentation skills
- Enjoy communicating with others but keep a neutral stance
- Be proactive to solve problems

**Nice to have**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related fields
- Knowledge of the Insurance domain
- Agile Training / Certificates
- Great English skills
