**The Role**

We are looking for a Coordinator to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs
- Please note that the SOW of this position covers a certain mandatory number of working out of regular business hours ( including night shift) per week and some travel ( to/from company office/home to the Livestream studio) depending on the finalized LS schedule with clients.
- Take ownership in your daily task to maximize your productivity in bringing more client's satisfaction and contributing to the growth of our company
- Perform all other related duties assigned by supervisor or manager

**Who we look for - the ideal profile**:

- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Can-do attitude, Teamwork, Service-centric
- Honest, willing to learn, proactive in solving problems and delivering the KPIs
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
