**Role Purpose**:
You will play a pivotal role in:

- Engaging in end-to-end consulting projects within the banking and financial services sector.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Supporting business transformations, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal teams and senior stakeholders to develop high-quality recommendations.

**Success Metrics**:

- Effective execution of assigned project modules, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Development of actionable insights that contribute to client success.
- Client satisfaction and adherence to the firm’s consulting methodologies and standards.

**Responsibilities**:
**Core Consulting Responsibilities**:

- Participate in consulting engagements, supporting project modules, and client interactions.
- Conduct thorough research, including market analysis, financial modeling, and competitive benchmarking.
- Assist in developing business plans, strategic roadmaps, and transformation initiatives.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute and implement solutions.
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and supporting documents for decision-making.
- Conduct primary and secondary research, including interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with teams across different offices to support multi-market projects.

**Additional Contributions**:

- Support business development efforts by preparing proposals and presentations.
- Contribute to firm development activities, including knowledge-sharing and internal training.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing consulting methodologies and best practices.

**Requirements**:
**Must-Have Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of experience in management consulting or a strategic/project management role within a financial institution.
- Strong understanding of corporate/SME banking, financial products, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exposure to digital banking trends, fintech, or technology-driven financial services solutions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic planning.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and business presentation tools.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**:

- MBA or other advanced degrees in business, finance, or economics.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives or fintech-related projects.
- Familiarity with banking industry dynamics in Southeast Asia or other emerging markets.
