**Job description**:
**1. Xây dựng, quản lý và tổ chức các hoạt động nghiệp vụ**:

- Phối hợp chặt chẽ các bộ phận liên quan để triển khai các hệ thống nền tảng dữ liệu như: Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, CDP,... và các hệ thống nền tảng BI, dashboard, nền tảng phân tích nâng cao.
- Làm việc với các bộ phận liên quan thu thập yêu cầu người dùng, chuyển các yêu cầu nghiệp vụ sang các tài liệu đặc tả yêu cầu chức năng chi tiết, tài liệu mapping dữ liệu. Phối hợp triển khai các bài toán BI, Dashboard, xây dựng mô hình phân tích nâng cao trong ngân hàng.

**2. Học tập và phát triển**:

- Đề xuất với lãnh đạo trực tiếp, Ban giám đốc về nhu cầu đào tạo cá nhân.
- Thực hiện quản lý hiệu suất làm việc của cá nhân theo quy trình và quy định của ABBANK.
- Xây dựng môi trường thuận lợi giúp nâng cao hiệu suất làm việc của bản thân.

**3. Các công việc khác**:

- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Cán bộ quản lý trực tiếp (Tham gia dự án, góp ý quy trình, tham gia hoạt động đoàn thể, điều động hỗ trợ nhân sự) phù hợp với năng lực và phạm vi công việc.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bằng cấp: Tốt nghiệp hệ chính quy trở lên tại các Trường Đại học trong nước hoặc nước. Chuyên ngành đào tạo: Công nghệ thông tin, Toán tin, Điện tử Viễn thông, kế toán, Tài chính Ngân,....
- Có ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm trong công tác phân tích nghiệp vụ tại các Ngân hàng, Tổ chức Tài chính, Tập đoàn & Công ty về CNTT. Trong đó có ít nhất 02 năm có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các tổ chức Ngân hàng, công ty tài chính, hoặc Fintech.
- Có kiến thức tổng quan về ngân hàng và am hiểu sâu nghiệp vụ ngân hàng.
- Có kinh nghiệm phân tích nghiệp vụ và triển khai các hệ thống nền tảng dữ liệu như Data warehouse, Lake, CDP,... và các hệ thống báo cáo, dashboard, phân tích nâng cao.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm phân tích nghiệp vụ và triển khai các hệ thống ứng dụng AI, Machine Learning trong ngân hàng.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm phân tích nghiệp vụ các sản phẩm Tích hợp, Kênh ngân hàng số (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payment/Fintech,..), Ngân hàng hợp kênh (Omnichannel),..
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các hệ thống Trục tích hợp/ESB, API Management, T24, Smart Vista là một lợi thế.
- Ưu thế khi ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc theo các phương pháp Agile như Scrum, Hybrid Agile,..
- Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng anh.
