MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
As a Demi Chef, you’ll prepare food in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in recipes. You’ll assist and learn from the Chef de Partie to maintain the quality of all kitchen items and preparation of food and cleaning in his sub-department. You’ll also adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Là một Trưởng nhóm Bếp, bạn sẽ chế biến thức ăn theo khẩu phần và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng được quy định trong công thức nấu ăn. Bạn sẽ hỗ trợ và học hỏi từ Chef de Partie để duy trì chất lượng của tất cả các vật dụng nhà bếp, chuẩn bị thức ăn và dọn dẹp trong khu vực. Bạn cũng phải tuân thủ các quy định của địa phương liên quan đến sức khỏe, an toàn hoặc các yêu cầu tuân thủ khác, cũng như các tiêu chuẩn thương hiệu, các chính sách và thủ tục của địa phương.
