Job Requirements

**1. Coordination of training activities**:
a. Arrange AT/As for regional business offices in accordance with the Company's training schedule, seminar program, and business support activities.
b. Proactively liaise with AMD on a monthly basis to capture feedback and respond to training-related inquiries
c. Responsible for training seminars, training classes for managers, participating in projects as required

**2. Monitoring activities to achieve business targets**:
a. Responsible for guiding and ensuring 100% compliance of AT in organizing classes, taking attendance, organizing exams, and grading in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Finance and company regulations.
b. Responsible for supervising and managing the AT VPKD to ensure the AR graduation rate reaches 80% or more in each course.
c. Responsible for urging and promoting sales, ensuring that the EHC ratio (operation rate of new ARs in the first 28 days) meets the company's requirements.
d. Responsible for urging and promoting AT's activities in conjunction with AMD to contribute to business efficiency
e. Responsible for ensuring professional quality of AT/ACD team
f. Attend Weekly and Monthly Meetings with AMD Regional Heads

**3. Personnel management**:
a. Meeting monthly, weekly AT/AT leader to grasp aspirations, difficulties and timely support.
c. Make sure to create AT mount operations
d. Orient & develop potential ATs to higher positions

Work Experience

1. Graduated from University
2. At least 5 years of practical experience in the Life Insurance industry
- Team Management & Leadership skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Under pressure of intense work.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Foreign language English - normal communication.
