MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- To check information handed over by last shift
- To fully prepare the necessary ingredients, items, tools for baking process
- To check inventory in order to plan for ingredient order
- To check the quality of ingredients imported
- Checking the menus and the information about events
- To summarize the quantity and types of pies, cakes,for planning
- To prepare necessary ingredients for parties or daily menus of the department
- To make pies, cakes,in menus
- Collaborating with Commis in baking
- To assist Pastry Chef in assigning tasks to Pastry team
- To make breads, cakes, pies, desserts,
- Ensuring the finished product quality
- To ensure the aesthetics and hygiene of products before serving
- To make sure that products match with standard for each dish
- Assisting in training and supervising new staffs
- To be responsible for assisting in training and supervising new staffs
- To push staffs to complete assigned tasks
- Managing the Pastry kitchen
- On behalf of the Pastry Chef, to manage all tasks in Pastry kitchen and report to Executive Chef/ Executive Sous Chef
- To collaborate with related department in machine, equipment maintenance regularly based on resort’s regulations
- To keep and preserve all equipment, tools in the Pastry kitchen and report immediately if any damages
- Cleaning, inventorying ingredients at the end of shift
- Performing other tasks as assigned by superior
