Contract Legal Officer, Vietnam

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the Account team to prepare, and draft business contracts, various legal and corporate documents, and correspondences
- Review and proofread the service contracts with clients/vendors/third parties
- Align with the Finance team and Account team to monitor changes in agreements and addendums
- Coordinate with Finance the team to manage the execution budget in the contracts with vendors and third parties
- Follow up on contract signing status among the stakeholders.
- Ensure that contracts are executed and filed in accordance with Company guidelines
- Maintain a filing system for contracts and other legal documents.
- Follow up on the payment schedule of the contracts with clients, vendors, and third parties.
- Research and coordinate with Legal Advisors to support Company management & internal stakeholders to resolve legal questions.
- Carry out other assigned tasks related to contract execution and support in legal matters related to the company's activities and operations.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Accountant
- Having at least 2-3 years of working experience in the field of contract and legal execution
- Good English language skills (qualified to deal directly with foreigners and review contracts, and transactions in English)
- Being careful, detailed, organized, critical and logical thinking

- Good computer skills, proficient in office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
