Compliance with the rules and procedures of the maintenance team and the hotel management

- Operate the systems and equipment of the hotel in accordance with the process.
- Vận hành các hệ thống, trang thiết bị của khách sạn theo đúng quy trình._
- Understand and implement emergency procedures: fire, power failure, gas leakage
- Hiểu và thực hiện các quy trình khẩn cấp: hỏa hoạn, mất điện, rò rỉ gas_
- Daily check the lighting equipment, air condition.
- Hàng ngày kiểm tra các thiết bị chiếu sáng, tình trạng không khí._
- Perform maintenance work on equipment.
- Thực hiện các công việc bảo trì thiết bị._
- Coordinate with the contractor in the maintenance and repair work
- Phối hợp với nhà thầu trong công tác bảo trì và sửa chữa_
- To use and preserve rational equipment and material by reasonable
- Sử dụng và bảo quản thiết bị, vật tư hợp lý, hợp lý_
- To perform well assigned tasks
- Thực hiện tốt nhiệm vụ được giao_
- Make daily reports to supervisor
- Thực hiện các báo cáo hàng ngày cho người giám sát_

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành liên quan.
- Intermediate graduated with relevant major._
- Kiến thức chuyên môn tốt, am hiểu về hệ thống máy móc, các vấn đề liên quan đến hệ thống Điện, nước, điện lạnh,trong khách sạn.
- Good specialized knowledge, good understanding of the mechanical systems and problems related to electricity power, water, refrigeration systemsin hotels._
- Có kỹ năng xử lý các sự cố kỹ thuật trong khách sạn.
- Hotel engineering problem-solving skills._
- Có sức khỏe tốt, cẩn thận, làm việc có trách nhiệm.
- In good health condition, careful, responsible._
- Thẳng thắn, trung thực, năng động, nhiệt tình.
- Straight-forward, honest, dynamic, enthusiastic._
- Có khả năng tiếp thu, nắm bắt vấn đề tốt, tinh thần học hỏi cao.
- Good acquiring ability, good grasp of issues, willing to learn._
