**Role Overview**:
Our **Project Manager** role is pivotal and is responsible for driving the success of our projects. You'll be the architect of project scopes, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Your resource management skills will be put to the test as you allocate and optimize resources for project requirements. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and meeting their expectations will be a core focus. You'll also be the guardian of quality, ensuring project deliverables align with standards. As a proactive problem-solver, you'll identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive change management to keep projects on track. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across the organization's diverse portfolio.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scopes, timeline, success metrics, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions and delays.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.

**Program Management**:
Manage the end-to-end execution of AWS Funding program (MAP, POC funding)
Collaborate with business and technical teams to complete AWS requirements for funding.

**Resource Management**:
Resource Planning and Allocation: Coordinate with cross-departments to effectively plan and allocate resources such as team members, equipment, and budget according to project needs.
Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor resource utilization, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal allocation and make necessary adjustments for improved project outcomes.
Productivity Improvement: propose and work with related stakeholders (Delivery, HR) for productivity improvement including standardization of delivery process, documentation, templates, technical resource competency development plan.
Competency Development: engage and work with HR to build the skillset and competency for technical resource in alignment with company strategy
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to address and resolve any resource conflicts or constraints that may arise during the project.

**Reports and Analytics**:
Prepare dashboards and reports to track the performance of assigned projects/programs.
Provide analysis and insight of the resource utilization, planning & forecasting, bottleneck,...

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the banking industry or related fields.
- Strong understanding and practical experience of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum), tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects involving System Integration, AWS services, Data Services, or Software Development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project objectives.
- Experience in resource management, including resource allocation and capacity planning.
- Proven analytical skills, data visualization.
- Soft skills: problem solving, communication and presentation.
