**Responsibilities**
- Assist in creating detailed project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and key milestones.
- Monitor project progress, update, and report status to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure resources are utilized efficiently and optimally.
- Maintain regular communication with project team members and stakeholders to ensure clear and timely information dissemination.
- Organize regular meetings to discuss progress and address arising issues.
- Identify and assess potential project risks.
- Propose and implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Supervise and inspect the quality of work performed by team members.
- Ensure products and services meet established quality standards.
- Manage and store project-related documents.
- Ensure documents are updated and easily accessible when needed.

**Job Qualifications**
**Must have**:

- Comprehensive Understanding of Software Development Processes: Familiarity with the sequence of phases and tasks involved in software development.
- Reporting Skills: Ability to create reports for client presentations.
- Experience in Defining Operational Processes: Proven experience in defining and establishing operational processes.
- Suitable for QA, Test Lead, Senior Developer Roles.
- Ideal for individuals aiming to transition into PM positions.
- Direct Client Interaction Experience: Prior experience in working and communicating directly with clients is a significant advantage.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in reading and understanding English documentation.
- Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
- Domain Expertise: Primarily focused on developing and maintaining software projects for clients, including HR management consulting, resource solutions, and recruitment for Japanese clients.
