**Software Developer (AI) - Remote**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a Conversational AI and Speech Analytics platform that integrates LLM technology, providing capabilities for both voicebots and chatbots.
- Deploy the LLM in a production environment. This involves setting up the necessary infrastructure, such as cloud services or on-premises servers.
- Continuously monitor the LLM's performance in production to detect and address any issues. Use logging, alerts, and automated monitoring tools.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the LLM integration, including setup guides, API documentation, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to other team members and end-users on how to use and maintain the LLM-enhanced features.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience with popular machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, scikit-learn).
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
