As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be one of the key growth engine of Senyum who develops and execute our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. If you are a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude at all times who knows the influencer world, then you are the person we are looking for. **We will trust you to**:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Plan social contents with KOLs, content creators, trendsetters and so on
- Identify, nurture and establish a good relationship with influencers
- Develop content ideas, write and curate content for influencer posts/publications
- Act as a key contact person between the brand and influencers.
- Facilitate & attend meetings with influencers to acquire & confirm requirements to further plan executions
- Own the ongoing execution and risk management process
- Measure, optimise and make recommendations on influencers impact and ROI
- Liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
**We'd love to see**:
- 2+ years of experience in digital agencies or influencer marketing companies
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Good command in both written/spoken English and communication skills
- Experience in communicating with clients directly to maintain good relationships
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
- Cheerful, self-initiative, good team player, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized with great time management skills
- Good knowledge of social media marketing industry
