Qms/ems Compliance Engineer

Position Summary:

- Responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) standards in Dunlopillo Vietnam
- Monitor regulatory compliance, maintaining ISO certifications, conducting audits, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and environmental impact.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- QMS Compliance
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and company defined quality standards for mattress manufacturing
- Develop, update and maintain SOPs related to quality compliance
- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure non-conformance are addressed
- Monitor and improve product quality control processes to minimize defects and ensure customer satisfaction, especially for Projects; e.g. Accor, Ascott etc.
- Conduct Root Cause analysis and implement Corrective Action reports for any Non-Compliance raised.
- Work closely with Production & Quality teams on the Pre-Production Approval (PPA) processes during mock-up/sample development stage, and ensure all requirements are met before actual Production; which includes Firmness rating, Performance & Durability tests etc.
- EMS Compliance
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and environmental regulations
- Monitor and report waste management, emissions, energy consumption, and environmental impact in Production processes
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce material waste and minimize the carbon footprint
- Conduct environmental risk assessments and suggest improvements in sustainable manufacturing practices
- Work closely with Factory teams to ensure proper handling of hazardous materials and eco-friendly disposal practices.
- Audits, Inspections and Certifications
- Prepare for and coordinate ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification audits
- Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with established standards
- Maintain records and documentation required for compliance and certification
- Ensure timely submission of compliance reports to regulatory authorities and senior management
- Training & Continuous Improvement
- Train employees on QMS/EMS policies, procedures and best practices
- Lead and execute sustainability and quality awareness programs to enhance compliance culture
- Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and environmental sustainability

Key Accountabilities / KPIs
- QMS & EMS External Audit Compliance: Maintain at 100% (zero NC)
- Corrective Action Request (CAR) Closure Rate: Ensure 100% closure within given time frame
- Outgoing Product Defect Rate: Maintain below 5%
- Factory Scrap/Waste Rate: Maintain below 1%
- QMS & EMS Training Completion Rate: Achieve 100% participation & compliance for relevant employees

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
+ Degree in Engineering or related field.

+ Minimum 03 years experience in the manufacturing environment.

+ Advance knowledge in MS Office, Exel, PowerPoint

+ Extremely well-organized, with strong ability to identify problems and resolve them quickly.

+ Able to facilitate meetings and deliver effective presentations.

+ Excellent analytical skills combined with strong negotiation and conflict management abilities.

+Proficient in English communication
