**About the Position**

We are looking for a Finance Controller to ensure the company's financial health by overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities.

The Financial Controller is responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, internal control, financial reporting to management and the board of directors, as well as compliance with government regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances.
- Reviewing the company's financial statements to ensure they are accurate.
- Making sure company’s financial dashboard and data are available in a near time fashion.
- Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Analyzing capital investments, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions.
- Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance.
- Forecasting future financial performance
- Preparing and analyzing budgets
- Overseeing all financial planning and analysis
- In charge of Cash flow management
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
- Providing accurate financial reports to management
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations (US, India, and Vietnam).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics with a license of CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA Certified Management Accountant).
- Professional Proficiency English.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-developed management and leadership skills.
- Have a practical understanding of management accounting principles and techniques.
- Solid knowledge of standard accountancy and finance best practices.
- Deep understanding of database technologies and spreadsheet
- Experience with Odoo and Business Central from a technical and functional perspective.
- Solid IT skills, including proficiency in the relevant accounting packages.
- A strong understanding of tax codes and laws.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze financial reports.
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting and financial forecasting.
