- Xây dựng chính sách chất lượng và chỉ số an ninh an toàn của Đội tài liệu & thông thoại theo định hướng phát triển của Công ty
- Giám sát việc phân công công việc nhân viên trong đội của cấp ca, đảm bảo tuân thủ theo luật lao động và đảm bảo sức khỏe cho nhân viên
- Giám sát sự tuân thủ qui định phục vụ của nhân viên trong ca trực theo đúng tiêu chuẩn công việc đảm bảo an ninh an toàn trong công tác phục vụ
- Lên kế hoạch, tổ chức thực hiện và kiểm soát hoạt động của đội; dựa theo yêu cầu của trung tâm/ công ty, kiểm tra chất lượng các hoạt động của đội, động viên, đánh giá thành tích thực hiện công việc, đề xuất khen thưởng, kỷ luật nhân viên, xác định nhu cầu huấn luyện, lên kế hoạch phát triển nhân viên nhằm tối ưu hóa hoạt động của phòng và việc sử dụng nguồn nhân lực
- Quản lý, phát triển, triển khai áp dụng các quy định về an ninh, an toàn và chương trình đảm bảo chất lượng của Công ty
- Chuẩn bị cho các đợt đánh giá do các tổ chức bên ngoài thực hiện hay đánh giá nội bộ (định kì/đột xuất)
- Theo dõi và phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan giải quyết các sai lỗi, thiếu sót trong quá trình khai thác
- Thống kê, đánh giá chất lượng phục vụ theo định kỳ của đơn vị và đưa ra các biện pháp cải tiến chất lượng và đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn
- Thực hiện đầy đủ các báo cáo định kì và đột xuất theo quy định
- Phân công, sử dụng nguồn nhân lực của đội một cách hiệu quả và tối ưu hóa
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên giao phó

- _Building up the quality policy and safety/ security index of the Load control & headset Team following company development. _
- _Monitor personnel working roster of supervisor, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and hygiene laws. _
- _Control the service procedures based on the work standard to ensure safety, security, and the quality of the team’s activities. _
- _Plan, organize, and monitor division activities; compile procedures, based on center/company requirements, control the working quality of the team, motivate and conduct performance appraisal, implement rewarding and disciplinary measures, identify training needs and conduct staff training schemes to maximize departmental performances and utilize human resources. _
- _Manage and be responsible for the development and implementation of the security and safety program and the quality assurance program. _
- _Prepare for internal/ external audits (regular and irregular). _
- _Monitor and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve errors during operations. _
- _Statistical, evaluate service quality regularly, and give solutions to improve quality & safety _
- _Compile and send related reports promptly or upon urgent request _
- _Use the human resources of the team effectively _
- _Perform order tasks as assigned by the upper-level manager._
**Requirements**:
**1. Học vấn**:
- Tốt nghiệp: Đại học trở lên
**2. Kinh nghiệm**:
- Có kinh nghiệm 5-7 năm làm việc trong lĩnh vực tài liệu, giám sát sân đỗ và các công việc liên quan
**3. Ngoại ngữ**:
- Tiếng Anh: TOEIC 550 trở lên; hoặc tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành tiếng Anh
**4. Yêu cầu khác**:
- Phẩm chất đạo đức tốt, lý lịch rõ ràng (yêu cầu Lý lịch tư pháp)
- Cẩn thận, trung thực và trách nhiệm
- Tính tuân thủ nội quy, quy định, quy trình làm việc và kỷ luật lao động
- Hiểu biết về tổng thể các hoạt động ngoài sân đỗ để giám sát các hoạt động trên sân đỗ và giải quyết các vấn đề bất thường
- Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, bao quát công việc
- Kỹ năng xử lý tình huống và giải quyết vấn đề
