**About MConsultingPrep**

MConsultingPrep / MCP is short for “management consulting prep” - a service to help people prepare for management consulting jobs.

To do that, we provide educational content covering everything from the basics of this industry, to resumes / tests / interviews, all the way to the first days on the job. Our products range from blog posts and Youtube videos, web-based courses and test simulation web-apps, and in-person coaching.

Our business has been operating for 14 years, with +1,000,000 yearly users, and thousands of yearly customers, mainly from North America and Europe.

**Management Consultant Incubator**

Our Management Consultant Incubator program is designed to give aspiring management consultants a better chance at the job.

Recruitment at top consulting firms, such as McKinsey, BCG or Bain, is extremely strict, with a mere 3% pass rate on average. We can help you increase your own chances by about 10-30 times (i.e. to about 30-90%).

The program lasts for one year, during which you will work as part of the team, while receiving access to premium materials, mentoring, and coaching, as well as appropriate monetary compensations in return.

**What you will do as part of the team**
- Market research: keep an eye out on how management consulting firms, such as McKinsey, BCG or Bain are recruiting, screening and interviewing, as well as how prep sites are helping aspiring consultants.
- Content creation / Product development: create free contents, mostly in the form of blog posts or Youtube videos, to attract potential customers; develop new / maintain current products and services (mock tests, online courses, coaching services).
- Customer service: answer customer questions, address their complaints, and collect feedback to improve MConsultingPrep products; respond to emergencies (such as web outages) during off-hours if necessary.
- Ownership mindset: we want you to deeply care about the contents and products you build as an extension of yourself, and go beyond what is required to produce contents that are actually useful and practical to our users.
- Written English: we look for people who can communicate in a structured, to-the-point, and specific way; we prefer language that is natural, simple, and concise. IELTS certification around Band 7.5 is preferred but NOT required.

**Compensation policy**
- Salary & insurance: VND 8,000,000 - VND 12,000,000 monthly starting salary. Base insurance coverage & year-end bonuses. 12-day paid leave per year.
- Reviews & promotions: Performance reviews every 3 months, with possible bonuses recommendations and next steps for personal and professional development.

**Career development**
- Management consulting pathway: you will gain access to all of our premium materials (worth over $1000, covering end-to-end preparations for all three most prestigious consulting firms), as well as personal mentoring from ex-McKinsey founder.
- Career at MConsultingPrep: after the program, you will be eligible for a managerial position within our team (not a “management trainee”, but an actual manager), responsible for leading teams and making important decisions.

**Hours and location**
- Work hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
- Work days: Monday to Friday.
