I. Import and export:
1. Prepare and process documents: Draft and check import and export documents such as contracts, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other related papers to ensure they are complete and accurate.

2. Customs procedures: Contact customs authorities to carry out customs clearance procedures, including declaration, tax payment and necessary documents.

3. Track the transportation process: Count and transfer goods at the port, monitor the transportation process from the place of departure to the destination, handle any problems that arise during the transportation process, if any.

4. Coordinate with relevant partners:
+ Supervise loading, unloading, packing and transporting activities from warehouses to appropriate areas in accordance with Company regulations;
+ Work with logistics service providers, shipping lines, transportation companies and other relevant departments to ensure that goods are transported on time and safely;
5. Records and documents management: Store and manage all import and export records and documents according to company regulations and current laws.

6. Customer consulting and support: Providing information and supporting customers on issues related to import, export and logistics.

II. Other assigned work:

- Perform other tasks appropriate to capacity under direct direction/assignment and authorization of superior management;
- Periodic reporting according to procedures and regulations and ad hoc reporting when incidents arise or upon request.
