- Manage settlement & dispute - Issuer side (Our bank's Visa/ Mastercard card at other bank's POS/ E - Commerce merchant).
- Manage settlement & dispute - Acquirer side side (Other bank's Visa/ Mastercard card at our bank POS/ E - Commerce merchant).
- Prepare and reconcile Visa/ Mastercard settlement report daily.
- Prepare relevant reports to management.
- Control and manage reconciliation report for Chargeback COA monthly.
- Prepare daily processing upload to Aither for ICT in Korea to run batch.
- Prepare monthly/ quarterly reports.
- Manage dispute for issuer and acquirer sides.
- Prepare payment report to merchants.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

**Job Requirement**:

- Education: Bachelor of Finance - Banking/ Economics/ IT.
- Experience:

- At least 02 years’ experience in fields related to operations of Credit Card.
- Prefer 01 year in settlement & dispute tasks of acquiring business.
- Knowledge, Skill &Abilities:

- Knowledge about Credit Card.
- Good communication of English.
- Creative, reliable, hardworking, time managing, teamwork.
- Problem Solving/Analytical skill.
- Initiative, Presentation skill.
