**Your responsibilities and objectives**:

- Develop a sales strategy for soybeans, soymeal, DDGS and other feed ingredients from Canada as well as the US to the Vietnamesemarket
- Co-ordinate contacts, provide pricing updates, market reports, etc. with the logistics and operations team
- Oversee the product complaint handling and ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Keep track of international market developments and actively seeks new trade opportunities and product developments
- Understand and update the commodity position and trading book in order to keep the exposure risk at an acceptable level and coordinate the positions with the respective trader on daily basis
- Keeps track of the results and suggests appropriate corrective action plans
- Visit customers/suppliers regularly; participates relevant assemblies/trade shows
- Contribute to a smooth cooperation with the supporting disciplines

**Requirements**:

- Minimum: Bachelor degree in commerce/international trade, Agricultural diploma is a big plus
- 2+ years of experience in a related function like logistics, import documentations, export documentation is preferred
- Current book of customers for Soybeans, Soymeal, DDGS, Corn or other related products would be a big plus.
- Familiarity with ingredients or agricultural commodities
- Strong written and verbal skills, ability to concisely communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive teams
- Experience in an import/export environment and successful customer service experience
- Up to date relevant legal knowledge (trade and liability related)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Stress resistance and flexibility, prioritization skills and decisiveness
- Fluent in Vietnamese and proficiency in English
