You will be responsible for developing creative ideas, designing and producing high-quality visual content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute cohesive and effective campaigns across multiple platforms.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Concept & Visual Direction
- Develop creative ideas and visual directions for social, digital, and OOH campaigns.
- Translate marketing briefs into engaging and visually appealing materials that align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across all creative outputs and brand identity systems.

Design & Motion Content Production
- Design and produce key visuals, social posts, digital banners, video ads, and other digital marketing materials.
- Create motion graphics, simple animations, and short-form videos for social and digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Social, Planner, and Performance teams to optimize visuals for campaign effectiveness.

Reporting & Communication
- Report directly to the Art Director.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure creative deliverables meet requirements and deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative concepts and content production plans.

Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness
- Stay updated on the latest design, animation, and content trends, especially in digital and social media.
- Continuously experiment with new visual styles and formats to enhance creativity and communication performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in agency, digital media, or performance marketing environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design and motion graphic capabilities.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experienced in designing for Social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and OOH media.
- Required skills: Motion graphics and video editing.
- Bonus: Experience using AI tools for image creation.
- Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and visual storytelling ability.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proactive, responsible, and passionate about creativity and design excellence.
