**Summary of responsibilities**: Responsibilities of this position are to support our Integrated Pest Management ("IPM") project activities, such as set up demo crops for integrated pest management, data collection, and training of farmers, and support other project activities as assigned. **Duties and responsibilities**: Implementation of assigned tasks of Fresh Studio projects in the Lam Dong, ranging from: - Data collection from farmers and other parties involved in IPM project - Setup and monitor IPM demo crops - Provide technical support to farmers and farmer groups - Provide training for farmers and farmer groups - Arrange field days to share new knowledge and technologies with local - farmers and other interested people - Support farmers in record-keeping - Coordinate and ensure correct installation and operation by farmers and farmer groups of agricultural technologies provided to them Support any other assigned activities. == == == == == == == == ==== == == == == ==== == == **Công việc chính**: Cung cấp kiến thức và công nghệ nông nghiệp cho các nông dân trồng rau; Hỗ trợ các hoạt động thuộc dự án "**Quản lý dịch hại tổng hợp"**, bao gồm thiết lập thử nghiệm các giống cây trồng; nhập dữ liệu, đào tạo nông dân và hỗ trợ các hoạt động thuộc dự án khác khi có yêu cầu. **Mô tả công việc**: - Thu thập dữ liệu từ nông dân và các đối tác liên quan trong dự án quản lý dịch hại tổng hợp - Thiết lập và giám sát các cây trồng thử nghiệm - Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho nông dân và nhóm nông dân - Đào tạo cho nông dân và nhóm nông dân - Tổ chức các ngày hội thảo để chia sẻ kiến thức và công nghệ mới cho nông dân địa phương và những ai quan tâm - Hỗ trợ nông dân trong việc ghi chép nhật ký canh tác - Phối hợp với nông dân, nhóm nông dân để bảo đảm các công nghệ đã cung cấp được lắp đặt và vận hành đúng cách. **Requirements**: - Graduated from college/university of Horticulture/Agriculture (BSc), experience in the IPM, indoor vegetable production, experience in the natural enemies is an advantage. - At least 2 years’ experience with IPM, vegetable production - Good communication skills (with local farmers) - Excellent in both verbal and written Vietnamese - English communication and writing skills are an advantage - A strong passion for learning and developing new agriculture technologies and knowledge and making them available to farmers - Basic Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills - Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team == == == == == == == == ==== == == == == == **Yêu cầu công việc**: - Tốt nghiệp đại học/cao đẳng ngành Khoa học cây trồng/Nông nghiệp. có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực quản lý dịch hại tổng hợp ("IPM"), sản xuất rau trong nhà kính, kinh nghiệm kiểm soát sinh vật gây hại là một lợi thế. - Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực IPM, sản xuất rau - Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt (với nông dân địa phương) - Thành thạo tiếng Việt, viết và nói - Kỹ năng giao tiếp và viết tiếng Anh là một lợi thế - Có đam mê học hỏi và phát triển công nghệ và kiến thức nông nghiệp mới và mong muốn hỗ trợ hướng dẫn cho nông dân - Kỹ năng cơ bản về Word, Excel và PowerPoint - Có khả năng làm việc độc lập cũng như làm việc nhóm.
